New AIpulse dashboard application for AI-powered, data-agnostic, real-time executive dashboarding

AIpulse brings high-fidelity, real-time visualization to the CSP Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Service Operations Centre (SOC), enabling real-time network operations. Designed to provide visibility into CSP Autonomous Networks, AIpulse is an essential visualisation and control layer for the AI/Automation-driven NOC/SOC.

PrOptima enhances real-time streaming telemetry

Mycom’s Telemetry data collection at sub-minute granularity now enables CSPs to achieve significantly faster network visibility compared to traditional polling-based approaches. This capability is supported through Codap, Mycom’s data foundation, which supports ingestion, storage, and exposure of network telemetry at sub-minute granularity (30 seconds), enabling real-time operational dashboarding support to AIpulse, Mycom’s latest dashboard application.

Trends enhancements in AInsights

AInsights customers can now access historical Anomaly Scores (AS) and Aggregated Anomaly Scores (AAS) alongside historical KPI prediction charts, enabling enhanced trend analysis, recurring issue identification, and root cause analysis (RCA) validation across historical windows. With a new daily (24-hour) granularity, AInsights extends its forecasting and anomaly detection capabilities to networks where KPIs are aggregated daily.

Mycom achieves TM Forum Autonomous Networks Level certification 

The certification validates Mycom’s alignment with TM Forum’s Autonomous Networks framework and demonstrates the company’s capability to act as a strategic transformation partner for CSPs in assessing, measuring, implementing and advancing Autonomous Network maturity across network and service operations. 

By mastering the Autonomous Networks Levels (ANL) model, Mycom intends to apply it across diverse CSP environments and in L4 transformation scenarios underway at its customers. With this initiative, Mycom will reinforce its consultative AN assessments and advisory services for its customers, enabling them to execute their L4 Autonomous Network evolution strategies.

5G cell verification and acceptance automation solution

For large-scale 5G deployments, Mycom’s Autonomous Networks Assurance solution can now fully automate the verification and acceptance of new 5G cells. Through an intelligent autoflow, each new cell is automatically detected, classified (macro or indoor/tunnel) and assessed against key KPIs over 7 consecutive days. Compliant cells are accepted without human intervention, and non-compliant cells trigger a targeted alert and report. This enables over 95% of cell acceptance to be automated and frees up network teams from repetitive manual tasks.

Fiber network performance automation solution

For large-scale nationwide FTTH deployments, CSPs can now fully automate the detection and management of network performance degradation. Through an intelligent correlation engine, each performance issue is automatically detected, classified, whether physical (optical power, signal quality) or transport layer, and correlated with active alerts from ONTs and OLTs. This solution significantly reduces mean time to repair and frees up NOC teams from time-consuming manual diagnostics.

Wi-Fi hotspot performance management solution

For Wi-Fi hotspots used by CSPs for offloading traffic that observe Wi-Fi speed degradations and customer session drops at multiple access points, Mycom offers automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and trouble-ticket routing for faster resolution. The automated RCA correlates telemetry data across Wi-Fi, Broadband (BNG, AAA/RADIUS) and IP transport domains to automatically identify the true source of service degradation. Using topology-aware analytics, the solution pinpoints the impacted node and interface, determines affected services and customers, and automatically dispatches incidents to the engineering teams with complete RCA context. This helps in the reduction of outage duration and MTTx. 

New MycomEye mobile app dashboards

New CXO dashboards for 5G RAN, Core and IMS networks have been released for on-the-go reporting to support CSP operations in promptly addressing network and service issues and reducing customer impact. This includes real-time tracking of 5G voice calls and data sessions, and IMS performance for HD (High definition) voice calls.

New SaaS platform capabilities

Mycom expands its lineup of integrated AI agents that work across the SaaS tenant fleet: New agentic workflows include application performance tuning, further differentiating ACS cloud capabilities. Customers can also use the new ‘Data-Fabric Edge Collector’, which accelerates secure integration with local data lakes. Mycom’s evergreen patch management further strengthens the security posture for the CSP tenant fleet.

New customer SaaS portal

Mycom SaaS customers can now access and benefit from an AI-generated advisory assistant, daily trends for various entitlement metrics including usage and availability, and an extended user documentation and download area. Link here.
