A Tier 1 Western European Communications Service Provider (CSP) had a need to unify several fixed and mobile performance management systems with a single cross-domain, end to end Service Assurance system in the cloud. In addition, they had a need for intuitive dashboards to rapidly identify network bottlenecks, enhance network and service quality, especially for 5G. They required a single performance management platform to monitor their 5G, 4G, 2G, Open RAN and fixed (legacy) networks deployed by multiple vendors.
