Re-prioritization of network service faults driven by critical customer issues demo

In this demo, Mycom’s GenAie NOC Copilot uses multiple AI agents to investigate a customer-reported 5G service issue, pinpoint the misbehaving cells, and correlate the customer experience through impacted KPIs and network faults. Through A2A communication with the Groundhog agent, the customer issue is validated and assigned the right priority. The result is a faster, network-backed resolution process that improves operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
