Yes. Mycom enables closed-loop network operations by automating the detection, correlation, diagnosis and remediation of network and service issues. Its AutoExpert framework supports workflow and trouble-ticket automation, automated communication with network entities and remediation, helping CSPs progress towards Level 4 Autonomous Networks.
Service Assurance and AIOps
AI-powered service assurance uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to monitor, predict and analyze network and service performance. Mycom combines AI with high-quality network data to detect anomalies, identify root causes and help CSPs proactively resolve issues before they impact customers.
Mycom helps CSPs reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by combining AI-driven anomaly detection, root cause analysis, alarm correlation and automation to identify and resolve network problems faster. Mycom customers have achieved up to 90% reductions in MTTI and MTTR across NOC and SOC use cases.
Yes. Mycom’s AInsights application uses machine learning to forecast network performance and detect anomalies before they impact customers. It analyzes high-quality network data to identify unusual patterns, predict performance issues and enable CSPs to move from reactive to predictive network operations.
Mycom uses AI and machine learning to uncover hidden patterns and relationships across network alarms and events. AInsights can correlate faults between network elements in real time, while Mycom’s assurance solutions correlate performance and alarm data across multiple network domains and vendors to accelerate root cause identification.
Mycom helps CSPs improve customer experience by proactively identifying network and service degradation, predicting issues before customers are impacted and accelerating problem resolution. Its Service Experience Assurance capabilities connect network performance with service and user-experience insights, helping CSPs maintain service quality and reliability.
Data and Cloud
Mycom unifies network and service data through its data foundation and Data Fabric capabilities, bringing together multi-source data across network, service, customer and business domains. Data Fabric cleans, normalises and streams this data into CSP Data Lakes and Lakehouses, creating high-quality, consumable data for assurance, analytics and AI applications.
Yes. Mycom supports flexible deployment across public and private clouds, virtualized data centres and on-premises infrastructure. Its cloud-native architecture enables CSPs to deploy and scale service assurance applications according to their infrastructure, operational and transformation requirements.
Yes. Mycom is designed to integrate with existing telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems using open, industry-standard APIs. Its platform supports integration with OSS and BSS systems, data lakes, network management systems, orchestrators and other third-party platforms, helping CSPs modernize operations without replacing their entire existing technology environment.
Mycom works closely with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver cloud-based assurance and AI capabilities for CSPs. Mycom’s Service Assurance SaaS is available through AWS Marketplace, with solutions deployed on AWS public cloud to provide scalable, AI-powered network and service assurance.
Assurance Cloud Service
The Assurance Cloud Service (ACS) is Mycom’s fully managed, telco-grade SaaS delivery of the EAA application portfolio. Instead of licensing software and running it, the CSP can subscribe to usage entitlements on a dedicated, isolated, region-placed cloud service that Mycom builds, runs, secures and updates, from the cloud account up to the application user interface.
The applications are the same; what differs is everything underneath them. Self-managed means owning the compute, Kubernetes, databases, networking, security, backup and geo-redundancy, plus a team to operate it all. With ACS that undifferentiated engineering is included and kept current by the platform, so that the CSP teams can focus on networks and services.
It makes them perform better. The ACS Platform provisions cloud resources specifically for the assurance workload, with Graviton compute, inference-optimized instances, elastic serverless databases and storage, and tuned Kubernetes controllers. In-memory analytics, deep-learning inference and streaming run as first-class tenant services, which is hard to replicate
cost-effectively on-premises.
Onboarding runs from a day to a month, and a tenant typically activates in about a day, against roughly a nine-month build for a self-managed estate. Data integration drops from six months to around two weeks, and new applications, users and capacity activate on demand rather than as
multi-month projects.
A MultiZone tenant runs across three AWS availability zones, targeting a 99.99% availability SLO and a 99.9% SLA; OneZone targets 99.9% / 99.5%. Disaster recovery uses scheduled point-in-time backups with a 24-hour recovery point objective and an 8-hour recovery time objective, and tenants absorb data bursts of up to 500% without operator intervention.
Yes. ACS is the compliance-grade tier, not a compromise. Every tenant is a dedicated, fully isolated environment in the CSPs chosen region, reached only over by its own private connectivity, so that isolation, in-region data residency and private networking are delivered by the service. Governance is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and the platform is AWS Well-Architected reviewed.
ACS uses a simple entitlements-based subscription shaped to the CSP’s deployment, instead of a capex-weighted, buy-for-peak cost structure. Usage is metered monthly at the 95th percentile, so a one-off event storm doesn’t push the CSP into a higher tier. The SaaS Customer Portal Usage Advisory flags avoidable spend before it becomes an overrun.
Yes. ACS is available through AWS Marketplace, which consolidates fees onto a single AWS invoice, letting the CSP draw on existing AWS spend commitments, and may qualify the CSP for the AWS Workload Migration Program. Private offers support accelerated contracting on standard terms.
Mycom owns the stack up to the application user interface: the platform, cloud resources, security, upgrades and operations. The CSP owns connectivity to the cloud, the client-side edge collectors, user administration, CSP use cases, and staying within purchased entitlements. The boundary sits at the edge of the tenant in a written shared responsibility model.
Yes. A tier-one mobile operator in APAC migrated from on-premises Mycom assurance to ACS and now manages its entire network from a single tenant, while reducing the overall assurance TCO. Reported outcomes include a 70% reduction in routine performance-data extract and analysis, ten systems consolidated into one, and a 99% first-pass success rate on user acceptance testing.
Deployment and Integration
Mycom’s cloud-based solutions are designed for rapid deployment. Mycom’s EAA Cloud Service can be deployed and ready to ingest network data in under one hour, while pre-integrated solutions help CSPs eliminate months of traditional deployment time and accelerate time-to-value.
Yes. Mycom solutions are designed to work across complex, disaggregated and distributed telecom environments, including mobile, fixed broadband, cloud and virtualized networks. This enables CSPs to introduce AI-driven assurance and automation while working with their existing network technologies and operational environments.
Yes. Mycom provides multi-vendor, multi-domain assurance across technologies including 4G/5G RAN, Open RAN, 4G/5G mobile core, IP transport, fixed broadband (FTTx) and private mobile networks. Its solutions correlate and normalize data across different vendors and domains, providing CSPs with unified visibility and enabling more autonomous network operations.
