Case Study | Tier 1 Asian CSP- AInsights 4G 5G FTTx and Tx Predictive Assurance

An Asian Tier-1 communications service provider (CSP) required predictive capability to manage its 4G RAN, 5G RAN, Mobile Core, Fixed Broadband and IP Transport so that network problems could be predicted and arrested well before time. These issues were causing abnormalities in traffic, over utilization of network entities, and throughput, and mobility issues. By preventing degradations in the network performance, the Asian Tier-1 CSP wanted to ensure service quality for its mobile and fixed broadband customers.
