Mycom’s Codap and GenAie expand into Agentic AI
With this new Agentic AI architecture, Mycom’s Cognitive Data Analytics Platform (Codap) combines LLM reasoning with deterministic analytics, assurance automation, and governed actions. This includes introduction of multi-agent orchestration, where a supervising agent decomposes the intent, assigns tasks, and validates outcomes across multiple expert agents (e.g., KPI Analyst Agent, RCA Agent, and Recommendation/Action Agent). Mycom’s GenAie now offers new Agentic AI use cases underpinned by Codap. These use cases cover geolocation assisted remediation, customer care driven prioritization of troubleshooting, and agentic troubleshooting for 5G services.

The partnership delivers one of the first agent-to-agent integrations in telecom OSS/BSS, leveraging complementary Agentic AI architectures from both companies and setting the foundation for broader external agent integration across the OSS/BSS ecosystem. The joint solution addresses key CSP needs by aligning customer care and network operations using intent based automation to enhance operational efficiency. This includes AI-driven geolocation value-add to detect and remediate assurance issues, re-prioritization of network/service faults based on critical customer issues, and proactive resolution of customer issues in specific network locations.

Specific dashboards are now offered in Mycom’s mobile app for high traffic special events for venue capacity and coverage monitoring in near-real time.

Inter-CSP traffic capacity monitoring solution
A new Mycom solution identifies the capacity related anomalies of high-capacity inter-operator links, using dynamic threshold logic to support quick corrective action or mitigation.

With this latest SaaS platform update, Mycom ships its Agentic-SaaS platform with new security and performance improvements for the EAA application suite. Tenant application updates and patching are more frequent which improves time-to-value, security, and availability for Mycom customers.
