During the Hajj, stc and Mycom used AI to predict international roaming service anomalies at a time when about 1 million inbound and outbound roamers come and go across stc’s network. Mycom’s AInsights elevates the role of Service Assurance to an efficient and accurate system enabling CSPs like stc to move from reactive to predictive operations by utilizing network and service data, at no extra cost.
