New use cases on AInsights
Enhancements to AInsights have now been introduced, which are:
- Frequency interference detection: Pinpointing interference-related service degradation.
- Sleeping cell detection: Detecting low-traffic cells behaving abnormally to trigger automated recovery workflows.
- Network slicing low throughput detection: Detecting slice-level performance drops caused by UPF bottlenecks or misconfigurations.
- Transport/IP SLA breach RCA: Correlating latency spikes across interfaces to root causes, such as congestion or fiber cuts.
- Fixed Broadband traffic anomaly detection: Flagging packet error surges in GPON or regional broadband networks to maintain service stability.
- Closed loop automation: Triggering auto-remediation actions when anomalies exceed thresholds, ensuring faster MTTR and SLA adherence.
Data Analytics enhancement to Mycom portfolio
A new Cognitive Data Analytics Platform, Codap, is introduced to Mycom’s portfolio, which ingests, transforms, and enriches diverse, high-volume, and complex telecom data. This includes structured data (DBs, CSVs, Files from PM/FM/SQM systems) and unstructured data (Telemetry logs, Chats, Videos, Emails, Voices) via different APIs from multiple sources. This process makes data AI-ready, business-consumable, and actionable.
5G Edge Performance Monitoring solution
An enhanced 5G Edge network performance solution offers advanced monitoring of LPG (Local Packet Gateway). LPG provides a cloud native single-unit, single-server user plane designed for use on-premises and edge locations. Mycom’s solution helps in assuring and maintaining the enhanced experience of existing mobile broadband use cases, such as gaming and media infotainment.
GenAI driven 5G network slicing orchestration solution
Mycom introduces a new solution for enterprise verticals using 5G slicing. This includes 5G RAN and Core slice assurance and orchestration, integrating with 3rd party orchestrator, supported through closed-loop GenAI for SLA compliance and resource optimization.
E2E Mobile broadband service monitoring (RAN – FTTM Backhaul – MPLS Edge)
A new solution leveraging a service model that includes full network topology, enabling the CSP SOC team to visualize and correlate services across layers and domains, from cell sites in the RAN, through the transport/backhaul layer, and the IP/MPLS core. This helps CSPs identify impact of issues in any part of the network in the end-to-end service delivery.
SaaS platform security enhancements
Mycom offers improved cloud CIS security compliance on its SaaS platform. Recurring security assessments help demonstrate Mycom’s ongoing commitment to security best practices.
GenAie-on-SaaS private preview enhancements
SaaS customers can now sign up for early access to GenAie-on-SaaS as private preview, an opportunity to collaborate with Mycom and provide insights into the new application, GenAie, to help shape its future development. The private preview version now includes greater scalability and improve ‘time-to-first-token’ latency.
Data Fabric-on-SaaS enhancements
Mycom’s SaaS platform now supports additional customer integration points for Data Fabric. Customers can now connect their Data Lakes to Mycom’s SaaS Data Fabric with streamlined authentication and authorisation options.
New SaaS service plan updates
The updated SaaS Service plan now includes improved disaster recovery (DR) validation options for customers. DR gamedays or ‘fire drills’ are now available.
